We are a registered Charity member of N.A.F.A.S. the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies.

Formed in 1962 By Founder President Mrs  Simpkin. The club has been  involved  in many Area Festivals over the years.

In 1997 we were involved in the promotion of public awareness to flower arranging in the North West area at the G-Mex Centre Manchester. Interspersed with area festivals the Club has been involved with shows as far apart as The Lakes, Southport, Harrogate and gained many awards including Silver Medals at both Chelsea and Liverpool.

We have an Annual Dinner, Summer garden Visits, Christmas Outings, Practice Evenings, and a Charity event, which raised £780 in 2005 for The Air Ambulance and last year £590 for Bury Hospice Assosiation.

This year our chosen charity is THE SAMARITANS. we hope that all of you will come along & support this very worthy cause.

Each July the Club has the honour of creating Floral Arrangemennts for Manchester Cathederal, This year we also have the honour of taking part in there "FAITH HOPE & LOVE" FLOWER FESTIVAL. I do hope many of you will go along & support them.
